Q: How can I contact Perkology?

A: Any questions should be sent via email to . One of our Customer Service Team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: When will my order be despatched?

A: All orders received before 2pm, Monday-Friday,  will ship the same working day. Orders received after 2pm will ship on the next working day.

Q: How long will it take for my item to arrive?

A: For the majority of our UK orders we ship with Royal Mail 48. The service states a delivery time of 3 - 5 days. We like to say 7 to be on the safe side.

Larger parcels may ship with Hermes and follow the same time line.


N.B. Parcels going to residential addresses may be delivered on a Sunday and require a signature.

Q: Will my order be tracked.

A: Yes, you will be sent tracking details once the item has been despatched.


Q: My item hasn’t arrived on time!

A: Please contact us via the eBay messaging system as soon as possible so we can investigate.

Q: I received a damaged/wrong item!

A: Please contact us as soon as possible so that so we can investigate.

Q: How do I return an item I no longer require?

A: We will accept the return of unwanted items within 30 days of receipt, in their original condition.

Q: What communication can I expect to receive from Perkology?

A: Upon purchasing an item from our eBay store you will receive an order confirmation email, once your order has left Perkology you will receive an email to confirm your item has been dispatched, including tracking details.

Q: Can you supply more details about an item?

A: Yes, we will be happy to provide any additional product information on request. Any questions should be sent via the eBay messaging system.
